IMPORTANT!
I am currently soliciting residents to serve on advisory committees for the following areas:

1. Updating legal and other wording in covenants
2. Enforcement of covenants
3. Trees
4. Upkeep and maintanence
5. architectural issues
6. special properties and lake
7. Miscellaneous issues such as noise, pets, and park usage.

Each committee will use the recommendations from the meetings to revise or draft sections of the new covenants. Their recommendations will be combined with those of other committees to complete the whole. Each advisory group should be able to complete their tasks with just a few meetings and some research.
