Park Heights Development Update

What is Park Heights Subdivision? The Preliminary Plat Submission #10-0129 was filed with the City of Olympia in December of 2010. Background

     The original proposed subdivision was to be called "Kaiser Heights". However, after some review, the original subdivision plans were withdrawn. Currently, the proposed subdivision is called "Park Heights".

     In 2010, the LCC Board created an Ad Hoc committee comprised of Lloyd Goodwin (chair) and Helmar Kuebel to monitor the progress of the proposed development of Park Heights.
