Incidents reported in April:

On patrols of Ken Lake from June, 1 to June, 30 I covered 230 miles, asked 61 people to leave the Recreation Areas, and I was able to obtain the license number of those involved. There were 8 residents on vacation who requested security checks. Here are the incidents that occurred in June.

Abandon Paddle Boat 6-10 1:30PM: Security responded to a call that a paddle boat had been dumped on a resident’s property. Ralph will remove the paddle boat as soon as he can. Residents if you leave your boat at a Rec Area you need to be sure you secure it.

Lost Dog 6-10 6:15pm: Security received a call that a small dog was missing from the 1600 block of Lakemoor Loop; a resident on Camden Park Drive called and said she had found a dog. The dog was returned home.

Suspicious Activity Christopher Park 6-24 11:30pm: Security stopped 5 subjects in Christopher Park who refuse to identify themselves, not knowing who they were or even if they were residents, Olympia P.D. was called. Security followed the subjects until police arrived.

Death of a Resident Cedarbury Lane 6-27 10:30pm: Security responded to a call at 1845 Cedarbury Lane that Mr. Bob Mickelson had been found dead inside the bathroom, he had fallen and hit his head. Neighbors broke a window to gain entry, security Ralph stood by until the coroner arrived. Security boarded up the broken window so Olympia Police could secure the house.
