Ken Lake is a diverse, secure neighborhood organized around a natural lake. We come from different backgrounds and have many different interests, but we all have a common love of nature.

We are a quiet community, tucked away in the west side of the City of Olympia. Surrounded by woods, it can be easy to forget all the urban amenities just minutes away; colleges, theatres, restaurants, great shopping, and great schools are all just outside our wooded entrance.

Community services are provided through the city and Lakemoor Community Club, the Ken Lake Home Owners Association. Neighborhood volunteers help keep Home Owner Association Dues lower than many other neighboring communities.

Active participation within the neighborhood and in the community is encouraged.
