Christopher Park

Christopher Park is the larger of Ken Lake's two lakeside parks. The
park provides swimming, fishing, picnicking tables, a playground area, and a
basketball hoop. Parks are exclusive to Ken Lake residents and guests. A Ken
Lake badge must be worn when in the park.
The swimming area is totally surrounded by a dock. For more advanced
swimming outside of the designated area, there are three floats located around
the lake. Please practice safe swimming, there is no lifeguard.
The picnic area is great for large or small groups. Three
large tables, barbeque grills and lots of lawn provide plenty of gathering room.
Fishing, within season, is permitted from the dock, from the shore or from a
boat. Fishing is exclusive to residents and guests. Guests must be
accompanied by their host at all times.
Residents may apply to the Lakemoor Community Club for permission to leave a
boat in the park. Boats left in any of the parks must be registered with the
Community Club and display an LCC registration number.
The park, playground and basketball facilities are maintained by volunteers.
Residents are encouraged to report park issues to Jim Nieland, Ken Lake Park
Manager by calling 360.431.4581 .
