Recreation
opportunities at Christopher Park and
Westside Park include lake access for non-motorized boating,
swimming, and fishing, picnicking, playground facilities.
Ball Field Park and Tot Lot Park

Recreation rules assure a quality

ID
Tags Required
Parks
are for the exclusive use of Ken Lake residents and their guests.
Every person using
the parks must display an LCC (Lakemoor Community Club) identification tag.
Ralph Oliver, Ken Lake Security, checks the parks frequently, and anyone found
without an ID tag is asked to leave.
ID Tags are
free of charge for the initial tags. Replacement and additional tags are
$1.00 each. Tags are available from
Carol Gruen (360) 352-9703.
Boats
in Parks
To enhance lake
use, residents may request space to keep boats
at West Side and
Christopher parks during the summer. The number of boats permitted is
limited, based on space availability in the parks. Boats must be
registered with the Lakemoor Community Club and display
a valid LCC number. Registration with LCC also allows
Ken Lake Security to identify the boat in case it
wanders away from home. Boat owners are encouraged to secure their boats
with chains and padlocks.
A
long range park plan adopted by the LCC
helps guide the improvements made in the parks.
