Welcome to the Compliance Committee
The Compliance Committee regularly reports to the board an overview of the overall condition of the community as well as any issues and violations of LCC CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions). The Compliance Committee will work directly with and provide support and guidance to LCC’s Management Company regarding CC&R issues that impact the overall aesthetics and appearance of the community.
