The state laws governing homeowner associations (HOAs) have changed and we must change our governing documents to reflect those changes. As a result, the Board and an advisory committee have begun working to update both the association’s Bylaws and also the Covenants which are derived from those.
The below message from our attorney represents the first step in having a legal review and update of the Bylaws. Please take the time to review. The association attorney has also recommended some changes. The Board has made no decisions and would welcome any feedback/suggestions from our community.
We, the Board, are also always looking for volunteers to serve on a committee looking specifically at these proposals and at the Covenants. Please let us know if you are interested in serving.
